West Coast Wax Mobile Detailing ("we," "us") provides mobile auto detailing in Los Angeles and Orange County. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

When you submit the booking request form, we collect the information you enter:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your city
• Your vehicle details, the service you're interested in, and any notes you add

If you call, text, or message us on Instagram instead, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that conversation.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your general location, device type, browser, and which pages you viewed. This comes from standard web analytics and advertising tools rather than anything you type.

How We Use It

• To contact you about your request and provide a quote
• To schedule and perform the detailing service you book
• To follow up about your appointment or service
• To understand how people find and use our website, so we can improve it and measure our advertising

We do not sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service Providers

We use a small number of outside services to run this website. They only receive what's necessary to do their job:

• Formspree — processes booking form submissions and delivers them to our email
• Netlify — hosts this website
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — if you arrived from one of our ads, Meta's advertising tools may record that you visited this page or contacted us, so we can measure how our ads perform
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site

Advertising and Tracking

We advertise on Instagram and Facebook. When you visit this site, Meta's advertising pixel may record page views and actions like submitting the booking form or tapping to call. This helps us understand which ads bring in customers and may be used to show you our ads again later.

You can limit this through your Meta ad settings, your browser's privacy settings, or by using a tracking blocker. Doing so won't affect your ability to use this site or book with us.

Text Messages and Calls

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone call or text message about your request and your appointment. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.

How Long We Keep It

We keep booking requests and customer records as long as needed to serve you and keep normal business records. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us and we'll remove it, apart from anything we're required to keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your Choices

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, request that we delete it, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Since we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
